Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

At Uplift For Her, we are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care through longer, personalized appointments. Because each visit reserves dedicated time with our providers, late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to other patients. This policy helps us protect appointment availability and honor the time reserved for every patient.
Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least two business days’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made with less than two business days’ notice follow the same policy as cancellations. This ensures we have adequate time to offer the appointment slot to another patient.
Cancellation Policy
Two Business Days or More Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least two business days’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
Less Than Two Business Days’ Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than two business days’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full price of the scheduled visit.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to the same fees outlined above.
Programs, Packages, and Prepaid Services
If a patient chooses to discontinue participation in a Core Program, Comprehensive Program, package, bundle, or other prepaid service arrangement, any approved refund will be calculated based on the full retail value of services already received rather than any discounted program or package pricing.
Discounts applied to bundled or prepaid services may be reversed when calculating the value of services already received.
This provision applies to programs, packages, and prepaid service arrangements and does not modify the refund terms of any separate membership agreement.
Approved refunds remain subject to the specific terms of the applicable program agreement.
Membership Patients
For patients enrolled in a membership that includes physician appointments as part of the membership benefits, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than two business days’ notice may result in the appointment being counted as a used membership visit.
Our team may extend one courtesy warning before applying this policy. After that courtesy warning has been given, future cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than two business days’ notice may be counted as a used membership visit according to the terms of the applicable membership agreement.
For patients enrolled in the Physician Annual Membership, physician appointments are purchased separately and are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees outlined in this policy.
Membership fees are separate from appointment fees and are governed by the applicable membership agreement.
Program Patients
For patients enrolled in a Core Program, Comprehensive Program, or any other structured care program offered by Uplift For Her, scheduled appointments reserve dedicated provider and support team resources as part of the overall program experience.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than two business days’ notice may result in the visit being counted as completed within the program, depending on the circumstances and the terms of the applicable program.
Our team may, at its discretion, provide a one-time courtesy exception. Repeated
late cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of scheduled program visits.
Physical Product Return Policy
- Eligible Items: Unopened, unused, sealed supplements within 30 days.
- Opened Items: Only if defective or damaged (report within 7 days of delivery).
- Returns: Bring in-person with receipt or contact us for mail-in instructions. Shipping covered if item was defective.
- Exchanges: Allowed for unopened items of equal value within 30 days.
- Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Courtesy and Understanding
We understand that unexpected situations sometimes arise. In limited circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, our team may extend a one-time courtesy exception. Any exception is made at the discretion of Uplift For Her and is not guaranteed for future requests.
