Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a courtesy to our staff and other patients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 business hours of notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of care. Due to the nature of our clinic and our prioritization of longer visits, a missed appointment greatly alters the flow of our day. 

Late Cancellations/No-shows:

Cancellations made less than 48 business hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your visit fee. 

Not showing up or failure to cancel  your appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of 100% of your visit fee.

Billing:

Any applicable cancellation fees will be billed directly to the patient and must be settled before scheduling future appointments.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur. In such cases, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
