What Makes Our Approach Different?

Conception is influenced by many aspects of health, not just reproductive hormones.

At Uplift For Her, we look at the bigger picture, considering the health of both partners and exploring how hormones, nutrition, metabolic health, lifestyle, toxin exposure, and other underlying factors may influence fertility.

Whole-person care. Personalized guidance. A deeper understanding of your health.

Physician Fertility Support

When conception isn’t happening as expected, it can be helpful to step back and look at the bigger picture.

Our physicians take a whole-person approach to fertility, working with both partners to better understand the factors that may be influencing conception.

They work with you to take a deeper look at:

  • Hormonal health
  • Metabolic health
  • Nutrition and nutrient status
  • Lifestyle factors
  • Menstrual and reproductive health
  • Other underlying health concerns

The goal is to understand the bigger picture and create a personalized plan to support your fertility.

Fertility Involves Two People

Because fertility involves both partners, our approach considers the health of the couple—not just the woman.

Depending on your individual circumstances, care may include recommendations around:

Labs
Understanding key markers that may provide insight into overall health and fertility.

Nutrition
Identifying opportunities to support nutrient status and overall health.

Lifestyle
Looking at sleep, movement, stress, metabolic health, and other factors that may influence fertility.

Personalized Support
Creating a plan based on your unique health history, goals, and needs.

You don’t have to wait until you feel like you’ve exhausted every option.

Consider reaching out if:

  • You’ve been trying to conceive without success
