Hormone Support Consultation

Hormone health plays a powerful role in how you feel, think, and function—at every age. Whether you're navigating irregular periods, PCOS, general hormone imbalance, or the transition into perimenopause or menopause, our Hormone Support Consultation is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward feeling like yourself again.

Jennifer, our compassionate nurse practitioner—and a Menopause Society Certified Provider, provides individualized support for a wide range of hormonal concerns. From cycle imbalances or heavy bleeding to the disruptive symptoms of hormonal decline like hot flashes, mood changes, brain fog, poor sleep, vaginal dryness, and more.

During your 45-minute consultation, Jennifer will take a whole-person approach, reviewing your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. Lab work may be ordered to better understand your hormone levels, and together, you’ll explore treatment options that may include:

  • Nutritional and lifestyle strategies
  • Supplement recommendations
  • Birth control options (excluding IUD and Nexplanon placement)
  • Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT), when appropriate

If you're unsure whether our hormone support consultation is right for you, Jennifer also offers a free 15-minute discovery call to answer your questions and help you feel confident in your next steps.

Our goal isn’t just symptom relief—it’s long-term vitality. With thoughtful follow-up care and an integrative mindset, Jennifer will help you balance your hormones and support your well-being through every season of womanhood.

Can you help me with PCOS symptoms?

Absolutely! We’re here to support you in navigating PCOS and its associated symptoms. Jennifer will meet with you to discuss your concerns, confirm findings with lab work, and, if necessary, order an ultrasound. While we don’t offer in-house imaging, we can coordinate lab tests and imaging through your insurance provider.

Do you prescribe birth control?

Choosing a birth control method is a deeply personal decision, and it’s important that you feel informed and empowered in making that choice. Jennifer is here to discuss the various options available and help you find the one that suits you best. Please keep in mind that while we can assist with the removal of IUDs and Nexplanon, we do not offer insertion services.

I am not sure if my hormones are needing additional support, I just feel "off", is this a good option for me?

Yes! Jennifer is happy to meet with you to discuss your symptoms and help identify their root cause. Depending on your situation, she may assess your thyroid function, hormone levels, micronutrient deficiencies, inflammatory markers, and metabolic health status.

I am wanting to better support my hormones through nutrition. Is that included in this visit type?

Jennifer can certainly talk with you and give recommendations on nutrition. If you are wanting additional support, our Registered Dietician, Olivia, is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to supporting your body and hormones through nutrition. Feel free to learn more about Olivia, her services, and schedule with her here.

What is hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?

Hormone replacement therapy involves the administration of bioidentical hormones (estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone) to alleviate menopause symptoms and protect long-term health. As you navigate perimenopause and menopause, your body slows or stops making some of the hormones that keep our bodies feeling their best. HRT is commonly used to relieve symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood swings, and more. Check out this blog post to learn more.

How is hormone replacement therapy administered?

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can be administered in various forms, including oral tablets, patches, gels, or creams. The choice of method depends on factors such as the specific hormones prescribed, individual preferences, and medical considerations like absorption rates and ease of use.

What are the benefits of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?

There are many benefits to hormone replacement therapy! HRT can reduce the unpleasant symptoms of menopause, improve libido and sexual health, aid in metabolic health, improve energy levels, balance mood and emotions, improve sleep duration and quality, and more. HRT can also assist in maintaining bone health and preventing osteoporosis.

What if I am not a candidate for menopause hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?

Many women are unsure if if hormone replacement therapy is right for them, we highly suggest that you book a free discovery call with Jennifer, DNP to discuss your specific health concerns and the wide array of treatment options. Jennifer is happy to help women understand their hormones and customize a treatment plan that works best for them, whether that's HRT, herbal supplements, and/or lifestyle factors.
