Dietary & Nutrition Support

Dietary and lifestyle changes can be one of the most meaningful steps that one can make on a health journey. But that doesn’t mean that it is easy. In a world where we are bombarded with information, it can be overwhelming to know what and when to eat. Working with a nutritionist can help make this process easier.

A nutritionist is a healthcare professional that specializes in the science of food and its impact on health. They will work with you to create a personalized plan to meet your health goals and needs. Whether you’ve been diagnosed with a chronic health condition that could benefit from a change in diet, or you’re wanting to optimize your current health status, working with a nutritionist can help.

Our Nutritionist can help with a wide range of conditions and concerns, including:

  • General dietary guidance
  • Weight management
  • Increased energy
  • Diabetes
  • Insulin resistance
  • Heart health
  • Prenatal and postpartum guidance
  • Infertility
  • Digestive disorders (SIBO, IBS, Celiac, etc.)
  • Food allergies and intolerances
  • And more…

Working with a nutritionist gives you valuable direction and support when adopting a new balanced diet, making healthy food choices, and promoting overall health and wellbeing through nutrition.

Meet Our Nutritionist:

Hi, I'm Olivia! I am a nutritionist, mom and outdoor lover. My goal? Helping women to feel vibrant, energized and empowered through all phases of life, so they can chase their dreams with energy and confidence. Previously, I was a certified public accountant, but the spark wasn't there. After some soul searching, I found my calling: helping women thrive through nutrition.

Inspired by my own journey as a mom of two boys, I decided to become a registered dietitian. Over the past five years, I've been immersed in the world of nutrition, culminating in my upcoming graduation with a Master's in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology from the University of Utah this May. Armed with a deep understanding of nutrition, physiology, and the psychology of motivation and change, I'm on the verge of completing my journey.

Through motherhood and personal growth, I've come to realize the paramount importance of self-care—nurturing my mind, body, and soul. Because without prioritizing my own well-being, I cannot adequately care for the ones I love or pursue the adventures that ignite my soul.

Having guided countless individuals through personalized nutrition journeys and facilitated engaging workshops, I understand the challenges of change. Life is hectic, but I am here to support you, problem solve with you and guide you towards the vibrant life you desire. Remember how we move, fuel and care for our bodies profoundly impacts our lives.
