Is Uplift For Her a traditional gynecology clinic?

Uplift For Her is a practice built specifically for your needs in a way that is totally non-traditional. Visits are unhurried, you will have all the time you need to ask your questions and will leave feeling optimistic and happy about your visit to the gynecologist…not at all traditional! We use a combined conventional, holistic and functional approach to develop a plan that is just right for you. We can’t wait to see you.

 

Do you have any tips for making the most of my visit to Uplift For Her? 

Yes! Give some thought to your short- and long-term health goals and write them down so we can prioritize them during your visit. We want you to leave feeling like your concerns were addressed and not remembering 5 more questions when you get to the car. Come with an open mind so we can discuss all possible options to help you feel better!

 

Do you take my insurance?

No, insurance is not accepted for any visits at Uplift For Her. Pricing is 100% transparent and clear before any services are rendered. All our resources go directly to you instead of working with a middle-man.

**We can create a superbill of the services you received. A superbill can be submitted to your insurance as an out-of-network claim. Coverage varies by insurance and plan, please check with them prior to your appointment to determine coverage.

 

Can I use my insurance for lab work? 

Yes, you can! Check with your insurance to see what is covered. Please note, we also provide discounted labs for those paying with cash that may be a less expensive option for you. Feel free to ask for cash prices. 

Lab work for our Health & Wellness Check and Preconception Appointments cannot but run through insurance as it is considered preventative.

 

How do I reschedule my appointment? 

You can call or text 385-401-2895 for help rescheduling or making an appointment. 

 

How much does each appointment cost? 

The cost per visit varies depending on which services you receive. You can view the types of service and all pricing here.

 

Do I have to have a specific problem with my health to come see you? 

Not at all! In fact, that can be the best time to come in. Our team is well-versed in the core pillars of health and can support you in creating a plan to feel your best—before any major health concerns arise.

Whether you’re simply curious about where your current health stands or want to be more proactive, a wellness consultation with lab work is a great place to start with our nurse practitioner, Jennifer.

If you’re struggling with what to eat or how to properly fuel your body, our dietitian, Olivia, can help guide you.

And if you’re looking to improve your overall lifestyle, lose weight, or increase energy and motivation, health coaching could be the perfect fit.

 

Which provider is a better fit for me? 

Dr. Cracroft is a medically trained OB/Gyn and specializes in women's health. She focuses on complex health issues, fatigue, stress and inflammation, infertility, enriched pregnancy care, and more.

Our nurse practitioner, Jennifer, is a Menopause Society Certified Provider and specializes in hormone care. She also does our Preconception Appointments and Wellness Consultations. 

 

Do you do pap smears and annual exams? 

Yes, we do! We can discuss health screening and perform a pap smear at any of your visits. The cervical cancer screening test (pap smear) can be run through your insurance and the rest of the visit will be paid for as described in the pricing guide.

 

Does Uplift For Her offer services other than appointments? 

Yes! We offer digital courses, group classes, online workshops, and a podcast. You can sign up for our free newsletter here to stay in the loop about any new offerings. 

 

Can I be a patient at Uplift For Her if I don't live in Utah?

Unfortunately, Dr. Cracroft and many of our licensed staff are only available to see patients in the state of Utah. 

However, our health coaches and educational offerings such as workshop classes, digital courses, and the Uplift For Her Podcast are available to women out of state. 

 

Do you offer Telehealth visits?

Yes, we do! Just let us know when you schedule and we can setup a video call appointment. 

 

Does Dr. Cracroft treat autoimmune disease?

While Dr. Cracroft is not a rheumatologist, she frequently supports patients with autoimmune conditions using a functional medicine approach. Through her work, she has helped many women uncover previously undiagnosed autoimmune diseases and begin addressing the root causes.
